E-commerce and Technology Innovations Global Political and Economic Relations Cross-Border Cooperation and Integration

Abstract

In the process of promoting regional economic integration in strait in recent years,E- commerce communication and cooperation has become the main content and important form of economic and trade cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. In the Post- ECFA era,Although Cross- Strait Service Trade Agreementhas been signed,it has not been put into effect. As a new form of economic trade and cultural exchange cooperation,the E- commerce cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan meets both chances and challenges under the ground of uncertainty. Therefore,jointly promoting the three dimensions of institutional cooperation,talent cooperation and innovation cooperation of E- commerce between Fujian and Taiwan are needed. All these are hoped to promote the development of E- Commerce cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
