Abstract

The staff's on-the-job training(OJT)is one of the important approaches to the accumulation of human capital in tourism enterprise.Upon an investigation of the status quo of the staff's OJT in tourism,this paper analyses the problems of the staff's OJT existing in current tourism enterprise,and especially gives a prominence to the status and function of OJT in tourism enterprise,and puts forward a series of countermeasures,intensifying the specialized level of trainers,leading in the evaluating model of the balanced scorecard in OJT,and outsourcing OJT.
