With the methods of document and investigation,it researched into the life cost pain and sports entertainment consumption of employees of Shandong six cities from angle of life cost.It shows that employees use more life cost to gain less economy income.The higher of utility term of every unit,the more carefully their deeds of sports entertainment consumption.It has significant difference between different generation,those workers who had distress experience in their previous of life prefer conservative on sports entertainment consumption.On the level of different work type and same income,the pain degree of life cost and sports entertainment consumption ratio are inverse,and enterprise employee's consume ratio is significantly lower than public utility's.Suggestion: Improving employee's salary level and enhancing sports entertainment consumption are benefit to increase gold content consciousness of life cost.
