The relationship between the development of car and urban economic and the correlation between GDP per capita and car amount of one thousand people's owning in Beijing are analyzed.A logistic increase curve model has been made with the variable of GDP per capita and the car amount of one thousand people's owning.The car development trend forecast in Beijing and the actual situation are consistent in a high degree.This indicates that the car development is consistent with the logistic growth curve from the long-term.According to the S curve of growth in the description of logistic function,the car in Beijing is in a period of rapid development,which is in the second stage of the entire process and has not reached the third stage of decelerating to saturation.In the foreseeable future,the car amount of owning will continue to grow,and this will bring about a series of traffic problems,which need to be solved.
