The present paper is aimed at formulating a comprehensive idea on the ecological harmony of a vineyard and its wine quality. As is known, the quality of a vineyard has no longer been evaluated merely by its wine quality. It is also judged by other factors, such as the beauty of local scenery, integration of vineyard and winery into the ecological environment, the climatic features, and its harmony with the natural surroundings, all of which contribute to the image of a famous wine. Based on the above environmental factor analysis, the present author has given his analysis on the challenging factors faced by the vine and wine industry if it wants to win the favor for the image of its final products. And finally a few suggestions have been brought forward by the author on how to integrate the environmental awareness, environmental protection measures for viticulture cultivation and wine fermenting regulation into the consumers' wine quality perception and preference, thus ameliorating the situation of the wine international trade by enhancing the environmental awareness of the general public and the health care and environmental protection.
