Abstract

Based on the stakeholder theory,combined with the concept of enterprise normalized management,this paper puts forward the normalized management of practice base.Then,the type of stakeholders related to practice base is classified,and the dynamic mechanism of normalized management is analyzed,which leads to the principle and management process of normalized management of practice base.Finally,the direction of further study is discussed.
