E-commerce, representing the new productivity, has brought increasingly stronger impact on human economic society and is bringing about in-depth changes in various fields. It is the unique traits of SE-commerce and the operational rules of our securities market that determines the feasibility and applicability of practicing SE-commerce in our country. The development of SE-commerce in China has taken effect, yet with quite a few problems remaining unsolved. Thus, in perspective of history, laws and statutes, economy, network, culture and involved entities, this paper analyzes the external and internal factors influencing SE-commerce development in China.
