Abstract

This research will examine how surely influence entrepreneurial orientation against from business strategy development and business connection with performance business. The population used was the business agent of UMKM in the Ujung-Ujung, Kecamatan Pabelan, Kabupaten Semarang. Sample census conducted by 46 UMKM. The data collected is of primary data through questionnaires and interviews. Quantitative Analysis Data organization and discovery of the findings. For Test Model And Relationships developed Research is SmartPLS The program is operated through SmartPLS.. There is a significant positive influence and entrepreneurial orientation to business strategies, There is a significant positive influence on business strategy and business performance and the positive impact and significant entrepreneurial orientation to business performance.
