Wine tourism, a possible advantage of the Timis County

Abstract

Tourism has known along its development multiple types and forms. Their appearance was influenced by the existence of natural and anthropic tourist resources and by the potential tourists'motivation. Wine, considered the Gods'liquor, has its story, and through wine tourism people can know it. The Timis County has wines well-known at national and international level, and the possibility of visiting a vineyard, a winery and tasting the local wines can attract visitors. Wine tourism can contribute significantly to tourism development in this county, which is why I tried to highlight here the main points of interest.
