This paper is a continuation from the former paper titled “Kajian Jalur Pedestrian Sebagai Ruang terbuka Pada Area Kampus” which had been published in the same Journal Volume 12 Number 2 July 2013. This paper is a final output from Decentralization Research Program with a scheme of Penelitian Hibah Bersaing from DP2M, second year from two years research. Therefor within this paper, will deliver an appropriate design for a better solution. The proposed alternative designed for pedestrian way is a resulft from field survey analysis either physical or non physical analysis from designated case study Jalan Cempaka Putih Tengah XXX Jakarta Pusat which had been sincronized with appropriate theories and succeeded precedent studies. Descriptive method and comparative method have been chosen as a research methodology for concluding the existing facts and to analysis all collected data. Then planning method will be used as well to deliver solution design which hopefully could be adopted.
