Innovative Education and Learning Practices Educational Technology in Learning Mobile Learning in Education

Abstract

T his chapter deals with the development of informal learning communities in real and virtual settings and explores the impact of location-aware mobile technologies, augmented by Web 2.0 social spaces, on informal learning through community membership, using the Geocaching community as an example. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
