Die fleißige Arbeit ist eingängig formuliert und gehaltvoll.Dem 'Zu-kurz-kommen' des Aspekts des Selbstbestimmungsrechts sollte keine allzu große Bedeutung zugemessen werden.Seine Ausarbeitung hätte den Rahmen des Buches leicht sprengen können und sollte lieber in einer eigenen Veröffentlichung gewürdigt werden.) Das Buch ist nicht nur als Ganzes interessant, es eignet sich auch als kurzes Nachschlagewerk.
