This research is using the method quantitative approach and measurement scale used is the likert scale with a population of 91 respondents. This research used a standard data test, Validity Data Test, Reliability Data Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, the Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R 2 ) and Hypothesis Test; ttest , Ftest . The result shows if the job analysis toward Employee Performance has a big influence with value 0,643 and significant positive influence with partially tcount 6,275 > ttable 1,98698. Athough, Career Development has a small impact with value 0,202, it considered has a significant positive impact partially toward Employee Performance with tcount 2,448 > t table 1,98698. Silmutaneously testing shows both variables has a positive impact toward Employee Performance with Fcount 27,957 > Ftable 3,10 and there is a ‘r’ value 0,623. The Coefficient Determinant shows 0,389 which is means Job Analysis and Career Development has an ability to predict and explained Employee Performance by 38,9%. The rest (61,1%) are other variables which is doesn’t included in this research.
