Abstract

Technologies of the university academic activity are being transformed to obtain an access to the international academic environment and to provide intensive cooperation with the international academic community. A lot of universities are included in various rankings where scientometric indices are used as the main ranking criteria. Therefore, development of an assessment system for academic and research structural units is a important process.
