Abstract

espanolEl estudio de la situacion actual de los recursos humanos que trabajan en funciones de actividad fisica y deporte en Espana representa un campo de interes cientifico y social que requiere ser investigado. Para ello, este estudio utiliza una metodologia cuantitativa de corte descriptivo que sigue los procedimientos propios de la encuesta. Esta encuesta se aplica a una muestra de personas que trabajan desarrollando funciones de actividad fisica y deporte en instalaciones turisticas, residenciales y naturales de todo el pais. Los resultados describen que las personas que trabajan en funciones fisico-deportivas en estas instalaciones son mayoritariamente hombres jovenes que desarrollan una amplia variedad de funciones, con situaciones laborales en las que no existe contratacion y donde el aspecto mas importante para encontrar trabajo son los contactos y las habilidades personales. Tambien se observa que aproximadamente la mitad de estas personas mantiene una duracion laboral con la entidad contratante que no supera los cuatro anos y casi la mitad carece de titulacion oficial de actividad fisica y deporte EnglishThe study of the current status of human resources functions involved in physical activity and sport in Spain represents a field of scientific and social interest that needs to be investigated. To this end, this study uses a quantitative methodology is descriptive cutting the procedures of the survey. This survey was applied to a sample of people working in developing physical activity features and sport in tourist facilities, natural residential and nationwide. The results describe people who work in physical and sports functions these facilities are mostly young men who develop a wide variety of functions, work situations where there is no contract and where the most important are the contacts to find work and personal skills . It is also noted that about half of these people maintain a working week with the contracting entity not exceeding four years and almost half have no formal qualifications in sport and physical activity.
