Pengaruh Penerapan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis

Abstract

Now a day we can see an organization like “Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis” is give more attention to human resources. The purpose of this riset are (1) To identify the application of job discipline in “Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis”, (2) To identify job achievement of employee in Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis and (3) To analyze the influence of job discipline toward job achievement. The research has realized in “Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis” on December 2007 till Februari 2008. The research use analysis of double regression and the result is preventive discipline influent job achievement. F-test showed that all discipline variables have simultant influent to job achievement. T-test has showed preventive discipline and corrective discipline have influent to job achievement. Job discipline has individual influential to job achievement if have signification t-test < alpha. So it’s very important to Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Ciamis to give more attention for the application of job discipline because it influents job achievement and can increase job achievement.
