Probabilistic and Robust Engineering Design Manufacturing Process and Optimization Product Development and Customization

Abstract

Mr Morrison shows how a fairly straightforward application of statistical theory can help the designer. A rough prediction of the variability of a product can be made, and the elements in the design that are likely to give the most trouble can often be identified.
