Employee Performance and Management Job Satisfaction and Organizational Behavior School Leadership and Teacher Performance

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of leadership role, job satisfaction and work discipline toward the organizational commitment and performance of administration staff at State Polytechnic Lhokseumawe with organizational commitment as a mediation variable. Among leadership role, job satisfaction and work discipline of Administration staff at State Polytechnic Lhokseumawe that consisted of 155 respondents in which taken though census method which mean all the population funtioned as the sample. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondent. The technique of data analysis was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Amos 21. The research result showed that leadership role, job satisfaction and work discipline influenced positively and significantly toward organizational commitment and employee performance.The Organizational commitment mediated the relationship among leadership role, job satisfaction and work discipline toward Performance of administration staffs at state Polytechnic Lhokseumawe.
