The present work raises the difficulties and specificities of the exercise of corporate powers of \nsurveillance control in triangular labor relations, particularly in outsourcing contracts an. The use \nof camcorder media, recordings and geolocation and its limits and conditions in relation to the \nfundamental right to privacy of the worker and his right to informational self-determination are \nstudied; and based on the “common” regime, the specific scope and limits in the outsourcing \ncontracts are determined. In the absence of specific regulation both in the EU and in the internal \nsystem, the possibility of adopting the current cooperative model in the preventive classification \nof occupational hazards is assessed.
