In diesem Open-Access-Buch wird untersucht, was das Vertrauen in Journalismus beeinflusst. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Personenmerkmale, Qualitätswahrnehmungen und Nachrichtennutzung, deren Einfluss auf Vertrauen mit qualitativen Leitfadeninterviews und einer quantitativen Online-Befragung erhoben wird.
