In the current Industry 4.0 environment, any enterprise is forced to make urgent management decisions of choosing effective innovation control. The purpose of this research is dynamic optimization of management of innovative processes of the enterprise. The main method for solving the problem is the method of detecting the reachable areas. Using this method, we work out the scenario of optimal innovation management in the presence of risks. A meaningful and formal statement of the model of management of innovative processes of the enterprise is developed. A general solution algorithm is proposed and a model of multicriteria optimization of enterprise innovation management is offered. The proposed algorithm allows the creation of numerous effective methods for implementing a computer simulation of a solution to the problem of management of innovative processes of the enterprise. It opens the perspective of developing computer information systems that support making effective management decisions in conditions of uncertainty and lack of information.
