PENGARUH KERJASAMA TIM, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT. DELTA JAYA MAS GRESIK

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kerjasama tim, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan PT Delta jaya Mas Gresik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 40 sampel yiatu 40 karyawan PT. Delta Jaya Mas di Gresik. Metode sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh atau studi populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS version 22.0. Simpulan yang dapat dihasilkan dari penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Kerjasama Tim,Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan; (2) Kerjasama Tim,Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan; (3) Motivasi Kerja merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan; dan (4) Disiplin Kerja merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh paling kecil terhadap terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan PT. Delta Jaya Mas Gresik. Kata kunci: Kerjasama Tim,Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja,dan Prestasi Kerja ABSTRACT Research aims to test and analyze the influence of Work Motivation, teamwork, and discipline Work simultaneously as well as partial toward the Accomplishment of work of employees of PT Delta jaya Mas Gresik. The sample in this study is taken as many as 40 sample yiatu 40 employees of PT Delta Jaya Mas in Gresik. The sampling method using saturated or sampling the study population. The technique of the analysis of the data used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 22. 0. The Conclution that can be generated from this study, namely: (1) a Workplace Motivation, Teamwork, and the disciplines simultaneously significantly influential Work towards the achievements of theWork of employees; (2) Cooperation Team work, motivation and discipline Work partially effect significantly to achievements of the Work of employees; (3) the motivation of working variables that influence is dominant against the achievements of the Work of employees; and (4) Discipline of work is the influential variables most small against the achievements of the Work of employees of PT Delta Jaya Mas Gresik Keywords: Team Work, Work Motivation,Discipline Work, and work achievement.
