The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze compensation and work motivation for employee performance at PT Cahaya Baru and look for which variables are influential. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 21 show that compensation and work motivation have a positive a positive effect on employee performance. The sample of this study were 101 respondents. The tool used in this study was a questionnaire. Test results with t test is known that the compensation variable (X1) shows t arithmetic > t table that is 4.438 > 1.9842 and work motivation variable (X2) shows t arithmetic > t table that is 4.225 > 1.9842 is a variable that has a positive and significant effec on the performance of employees at PT Cahaya Baru. From the above explanation it can be concluded that the fulfilment of compensation and providing good work motivation will certainly increase productivity and increase employee performance.
