Abstract

Die Produktivität des Sozialen im Allgemeinen und der professionellen Sozialen Arbeit im Besonderen sind nicht erst heute zu einem Thema geworden, an dem selbst ein Bundeskongress Sozialer Arbeit nicht vorbei kann. Sie wurden schon einmal in den 70er Jahren sehr heiß diskutiert. Damals wie heute lässt sich ein doppelter Hintergrund identifizieren:
