Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT. Sinarmas Distribusi Nusantara Branch Semarang. The population of this study is employees of PT. Sinarmas Distribusi Nusantara totaling 50 employees. The sample technique used in this study uses saturated sampling. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing prove the workload has a negative effect on employee performance, hypothesis testing proves that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, and hypothesis testing proves that job stress has a negative effect on employee performance. The results of regression analysis of Workload have a negative effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of -0.203 which means an increase in workload will be followed by a decrease in employee performance. Work Environment has a positive effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.680 which means an increase in the work environment will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Job Stress has a negative effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of -0.201 which means that increased job stress will be followed by a decrease in employee performance. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Employee Performance Work Stress.
