The method used in this research is the basic test (normality test), validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test (R2), t test and F test (using SPSS tool version 23 for Windows). The data observed in this study are the influence of Supervision, Social Security on Employee Job Satisfaction. The results of the F test jointly between the Supervision variable (X1) and Social Security (X2) on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) can be seen that the significance value is 0.000 or the significance obtained is less than a = 0.05, then the null hypothesis ( Ho) rejected. Alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, it can be concluded that simultaneous H3 Supervision (X1) and Social Security (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). From the coefficient of determination, the value of Adjust R Square (R2) is 0.663 or 66.3%. This means that the contribution or contribution of Supervision (X1) and Social Security (X2) to Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) is 66.3% and the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors that are not examined. Keywords: Supervision, Social Security and Employee Job Satisfaction.
