A BOOK THAT OPERATIVES HAVE LONG WANTED TO SEE

Abstract

Аннотация. Рецензируется комментарий к Федеральному закону «Об оперативно-розыскной деятельности». Отмечается, что авторы глубоко изучили сам закон и посвященную ему научно-практическую литературу. Это позволи- ло им подготовить комментарий, который заметно авторитетнее и глубже, чем аналогичные работы других специалистов. Все авторы рецензируемого комментария в прошлом являются видными практическими работниками, имеющими большой жизненный и служебный опыт. Помимо того, каждый из них состоялся как ученый. В рецензии обосновывается вывод, что коммента- рий представляет собой оконченный и фундаментальный труд по оперативно- розыскной науке. Книга рекомендована практическим работникам (оператив- никам, следователям, прокурорам, судьям), профессорско-преподавательскому составу юридических вузов, студентам и слушателям. Annotation. The commentary to the Federal Law "On operational-search activities" is being reviewed. It is noted that the authors deeply studied the law itself and the scientific and practical literature devoted to it. This allowed them to prepare a commentary that is noticeably more authoritative and deeper than similar works of other specialists. All authors of the peer-reviewed commentary are in the past prominent practitioners with extensive life and work experience. In addition, each of them took place as a scientist. The review substantiates the conclusion that the commentary is a completed and fundamental work on operational-search science. The book is recommended to practitioners (operatives, investigators, prosecutors, judges), faculty of law schools, students and listeners.
