In this study; The aim is to examine the attitudes of employees of the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports towards sports activities. Questionnaire technique consisting of two parts was used in the research. Frequency analysis was used to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants, and Skewness and Kurtosis tests were performed to determine the normal distribution of scales.In the first part, the questions asking the participants about their demographic characteristics; in the second part, Pons et al. (2006), the scale consists of 3 dimensions, namely socialization, emotion seeking and information seeking, and consists of 15 items in the form of a five-point Likert. Adaptation to Turkish is H. Cevik, K.Y. It was carried out by Simsek et al in 2018 with validity and reliability. The data collection tools were the personnel of Giresun Youth Sports Provincial Directorate consisting of 338 people, the sample was applied to a total of 159 participants, 104 men and 55 women. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that the trend towards sports activities (p = 4.054) differed by gender. In addition, it was determined that individuals do not have any significance in their attitude towards sports activities in terms of age variable.
