К УСТОЙЧИВОМУ СОЦИАЛЬНОЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОМУ РОСТУ

Abstract

Russia ­was­ in­ stagnation­ for­ seven ­years, ­when­ the­ current­ crisis­ had­ originated.­ Among­the­negative­results­of­stagnation­and­crisis­is­the­undermining­of­the­maindrivers­of socio-economic­growth­and,­fi­rst­of­all,­gross­fi­xed­capital­formation­andthe­“knowledge­economy”.­The­author­describes­major­measures­to­restore­the­levelof­incomes­of­ the­population­and­consumer­demand,­and­also­lists­ the­necessaryconditions­and­structural­reforms­that­will­make­it­possible­to­“jump­over”­stagnationand­move­to­sustainable­socio-economic­growth.­The­author­is­convinced­that­newhousing,­ the­ development­ of­ foreign­ trade ­and­ the­ formation­ of­a­ new­ transport and ­logistics­ infrastructure­ become­ additional­ drivers­ of­ socio-economic­ growth,­ substantiates­the­need­to­revive­the­national­economic­planning.
