English Abstract: The objective of the research is to identify the growth of the tourist offer in the Wine Route of Baja California (Mexico), one of the emerging wine regions with great potential, where most of the country’s wine is produced. Currently, it is visited by national and international tourists for the quality of its wine and for its unique attractions such as its landscape, history, culture and offer, which give it a unique identity. The study is based on documentary research, literature review and secondary sources, which identifies an important growth of the wine sector, from being 16 wine producers in 2004 to 89 wine producers in the current one. Likewise, the growth of wine has influenced a parallel increase in the tourist offer in the region. This rapid growth, together with the increase in tourism, implies challenges for the competitiveness and sustainability of the region.
