В статье уточнены механизмы формирования промышленной политики в условиях развития Индустрии 4.0 в России. Методом логико-абстрактного моделирования доказано, что имеющаяся организационно-управленческая структура промышленности не отвечает в полной мере интересам его опережающего развития. Предложен механизм формирования промышленной политики, основанный на трёх последовательных компонентах, необходимых для перехода к Индустрии 4.0. Данный механизм основан на внутриотраслевой и межотраслевой цифровой интеграции хозяйствующих субъектов, развитии частно-государственного партнёрства. Проведен анализ показателей эффективности промышленной политики с точки зрения перехода к Индустрии 4.0. The article clarifies the mechanisms for the formation of industrial policy in the context of the development of Industry 4.0 in Russia. It has been proved by the method of logical-abstract modeling that the existing organizational and management structure of the industry does not fully meet the interests of its advanced development. A mechanism for the formation of industrial policy is proposed, based on three sequential components necessary for the transition to Industry 4.0. This mechanism is based on intra-sectoral and inter-sectoral digital integration of business entities, the development of public-private partnerships. The analysis of indicators of the effectiveness of industrial policy from the point of view of the transition to Industry 4.0.
