Abstract While we cannot control all the factors involved in aging, there is much we can do as individuals and as a society to contribute to continued improvements in our well-being and longevity. Tomorrow’s healthy aging requires creating options for older adults by funding and providing exceptional, evidence-supported aging services within our communities. It also involves educating health care providers and older adults and their families about the most current interventions for optimizing dynamic, positive aging. Those options include creative expression through music, dance and other physical activities, art, theater, poetry, journaling, life reflection, meditation, and more. Healthy lifestyle choices can and must become a norm for positive aging.
