It proposes a new coaching model by redesigning the GROW process and integrating it with narrative coaching process. It argues that the new model called ROGWin can be regarded as the 4th generation coaching (4GC) in terms of the evolution of coaching psychology as a professional discipline. Its implications to future research, practice including the technological impact such as artificial intelligence (AI) and wider role in the world and environment are discussed. Keywords: AI; climate change; fourth generation coaching; 4GC; coaching psychology; GROW; environment.
