If you’re looking to increase sales and sell your items more effectively, you’ll need to segment your clients. Distinguishing clients based on similar features is the goal of segmentation. To make sound business decisions, you must separate your customers into distinct groups. Customer requirements and new customer discovery are critical in today’s global competitiveness, but this must be done at the appropriate time and in the right manner. Identifying unmet customer demands can be accomplished through customer segmentation.
