Strategies for tailoring career education programs and services to the needs of this generation will be discussed. In particular, opportunities for engaging this generation in transformative career education practices in higher education will be explored, including possibilities for integrating technology and experiential learning into career education practices, and supporting students in developing those generational strengths – such as creativity and adaptability – that represent uniquely valuable capacities in the evolving world of work.
