Examining employees' acceptance of e-learning: an application of the theory of planned behavior

Abstract

This study draws upon the well known theory of Planned Behavior, and places it in the context of corporate training through e-Learning. Technology readiness, attitudes towards learning through e-Learning, motivation to learn, and training climate appear as key constructs in the proposed conceptual framework.
