Tecnologías de información y comunicación y desarrollo organizacional en el Área Comercial de una compañía peruana de seguros, 2022

Abstract

The main purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between information and communication technologies (ICT) and organizational development (OD) in the Commercial Area of a Peruvian insurance company in 2022. The research was developed under the quantitative approach, correlational scope and used the non-experimental correlational-causal cross-sectional design; the participants were 90 commercial advisors of the company under study, to whom a Likert-type questionnaire composed of 16 items was applied. After processing and analyzing the information, a moderate and significant relationship was found between ICT and DO, since a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.666 was obtained.
