The objective of this research is to determine the influence of human resources management on labor productivity in a service provider entity. The approach used was quantitative and the research was explanatory causal. The population consisted of a total of 220 employees. The sample was made up of the entire population, becoming a population sample. The type of sampling was non-probabilistic at the convenience of the author. The questionnaire was used for data collection. Concluding that human resource management significantly influences productivity with a p value = 0.001 < 0.05, accepting the alternate research hypothesis, this result indicates that the efforts made by the company's human resources do change the result of productivity, while it can be affirmed that the service company has been managing efficiently, therefore the greater the management of human resources, the higher level of labor productivity will exist in the company.
