Dear Editors, The latest article, ‘Revolutionizing Education: how digital literacy is transforming inclusive classrooms in post-COVID 19’,1 discusses topics inviting in-depth discussion. The issue of digital literacy is very relevant not only in educational settings but also in health settings. Patients in the hospital are a group that needs support in healing both physically and psychologically. Environmental (physical and facilities), relational (family and friends) and individual (characteristics, feelings and behaviors) factors are identified as supporting and/or inhibiting well-being, recovery, progress and quality of life.2 Regarding digital literacy, we propose a self-help digital bibliotherapy platform to help patients improve their emotional well-being. Bibliotherapy is the recommended therapeutic approach for people dealing with emotional disorders,3 improving mental health caused by atypical situations in which everyone may find themselves4 and improving psychological well-being.5 Professionals, both educators and other helping professionals, such as psychologists and doctors, can use bibliotherapy. In the health sector, the use of bibliotherapy is applied to patients who are recovering through understanding, empathy, social support, inspirational problem-solving and emotional regulation.6 Biblioteraphy expected to improve their emotional well-being.
