PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM IKAMALA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work culture on employee performance at the Ikamala Savings and Loans Cooperative. This research uses a quantitative approach that shows that relationships are causal. The sampling method used is a saturated sample, where the entire population amounts to 30 samples. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis using percentages, averages and defiation standards as well as for inferential statistical analysis using data normality tests, simple linear regression analysis and product moment correlation analysis.the results of the study show that work culture is in a good category in terms of indicators, namely: disciplined behavior at work; decisive behavior in making decisions; and have confidence in work. Employee performance is in the good category in terms of quality and quantity indicators, the level of cooperation at work, and a high sense of responsibility at work. Based on a simple linear regression analysis, it shows that there is an influence of work culture on employee performance at the Ikamala Savings and Loans Cooperative. From the results of the product moment correlation analysis, a significant level of relationship was obtained between the influence of work culture on employee performance in the ikamala savings and loan cooperative.
