These days mental health issues are one of the things that cannot be fully resolved globally and nationally, especially among teenagers and adults. The pandemic that happens and hit at the end of 2019 played an important role in the increase of mental health problem. Some of the indicators that causes this issue to be unresolved is lack of seriousness on the part of the university in responding to students' mental problems, the lack of public awareness, and mental health disorders that are still considered taboo in Indonesia. Considering this problem, this study aimed to observe how mobile applications can improve mental health services, especially in the campus environment, embracing students and lecturers. To understand the issue, this research uses the literature review and quantitative method for data processing. Sources of this literature review are taken from several journals and books that come from trusted sources. Based on the research results, it is known that the impact caused by online lectures during pandemic consists of positive impacts and negative impacts. It is this negative impact that can attack a student's mental health during college. Students make various efforts to get out of this mental problem. To help this case, the university needs to improve mental health consultation services that can help and support students.
