Most urban studies lack dynamic analysis and precise temporal resolution of land use. To address this, our study introduces a dynamic model, incorporating eight indicators of urban land function, capturing intensity shifts every 15 minutes. We have established a method to compute these indicators using urban data, validated by real observational data and urban mobility studies. Our model notably enhances temporal resolution, provides detailed urban land service depictions, and integrates real-world attributes like building size and type. This allows for harmonious comparisons between human activity data and static functional urban areas. A novel method for validation and result comparison addresses the lack of precision evaluation in dynamic human activity studies. Our extensive land use analysis reveals significant findings: certain regions near Beijing's Third Ring Road show variable potential for nighttime economic development. Daytime use reveals high morning peak social service concentrations, while evening peaks manifest dispersed, yet intense, residential use. We also find that mixed land use does not guarantee consistent daily activities; however, multiple train station proximity intensifies diverse activities, leading to heightened mixed land use. Our model provides a robust dataset for urban management and facilitates precise greenhouse gas emissions and urban vitality evaluations, among other research topics.
