Results found that according to expectations although it is still minimal and far from perfect, and at least contributes to science and knowledge, especially in the field of aviation, variables Motivation, Leadership, Competence have an influence on service, as well as service variables with other variables, the increase in the above variables needs to be done in the object of research, especially for officers who directly work at the airport, And future research there are gaps in other variables to be able to do future research such as performance variables, organizational culture, and user satisfaction.
