Analisis Minat Menggunakan Aplikasi Flip.Id Dalam Perspektif Maqashid Syariah Dan Tinjauan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study is to find out and observe the suitability of the mechanism concept of the 2 constructions (TAM), namely the expediency and convenience in the application of flip.id with maqashid sharia and to find out whether there is a positive influence between the two constructions (TAM) on the interest in using flip.id applications. Flip.id is one of the interbank transfer service applications that eliminates administrative fees for each bank transfer transaction. The presence of the application is an attraction or interest for bank account owners. To find out the interest in using the flip.id application, a model is needed to measure it, namely the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research uses a mixed method approach that combines qualitative and quantitative research sequentially with the design design used by the exploratory sequentional design, where in the first stage the research uses qualitative methods and in the second stage quantitative methods. The results of this study are that the suitability of the concept of mechanism, expediency, ease in the application of flip.id with maqashid sharia and also both constructions (TAM) positively affect interest after statistical tests are carried out. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui dan mengamati kesesuaian konsep mekanisme dari 2 konstruksi (TAM) yaitu kemanfaatan dan kemudahan di aplikasi flip.id dengan maqashid syariah dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh positif antara dua konstruksi (TAM) tersebut terhadap minat menggunakan aplikasi flip.id. Flip.id merupakan salah satu aplikasi layanan transfer antar bank yang meniadakan biaya administrasi pada setiap transaksi transfer beda bank. Hadirnya aplikasi tersebut menjadi daya tarik atau minat bagi pemilik rekening bank. Untuk mengetahui minat menggunakan aplikasi flip.id tersebut, perlu sebuah model untuk mengukurnya yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode penelitian kombinasi (mixed methods) yang menggabungkan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif secara berurutan dengan desain rancangan yang digunakan the exploratory sequentional design, dimana pada tahap pertama penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pada tahap ke dua metode kuantitatif. Hasil pada penelitian ini terdapat kesesuaian konsep mekanisme, kemanfaatan, kemudahan di aplikasi flip.id dengan maqashid syariah dan juga kedua konstruksi (TAM) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat setelah dilakukan uji statistik.
