This study aims at showing the differences between middle and late adulthood stage in self perception of aging. The study sample consists of 120 male divided between the two developmental stages in which the study includes: -the early adulthood (60) adults, the late adulthood (60) adults. For scales we used: Awareness of age -related change (AARC) made by (Brothers, 2016), "translated by the researcher", the psychometric properties are calculated; represented by reliability and validity. The scale consists of five domains in self perception of aging: Mental and Physical Functioning, Cognitive Functioning, Interpersonal Relations, Social Cognitive and Social Emotional Functioning, Life style and positive Engagement. The results of the study did not show any major differences between middle adulthood stage (45-60 years) or and the nearly late adulthood or aging (65-75 years) in perception the gains or losses of the Cognitive Functioning, interpersonal Relations and Cognitive and Social Emotional Functioning. The results indicate a great increase in perception of losses for Mental and Physical Functioning domain among relatively younger individuals aged (45-50 years), perception of losses for Mental and Physical Functioning decreased substantially among relatively older individuals aged between (65-70, 70-75 years), which means their perception of gains in Mental and Physical Functioning increased.
