THE PERSONNEL SUPPORT MECHANISM OF THE TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY SECTOR IN THE CONTEXT OF THE NATIONAL PROJECT "TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY" IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract

В статье представлен количественный и качественный анализ кадров сферы туризма и гостеприимства в Российской Федерации. Проведен сравнительный анализ со странами Евразийского экономического союза. Систематизированы основные проблемы, сдерживающие приток квалифицированных кадров. Сформирован механизм, направленный на улучшение кадрового обеспечения в индустрии гостеприимства с целью обеспечения реализации национального проекта «Туризм и индустрия гостеприимства». The article presents a quantitative and qualitative analysis of tourism and hospitality personnel in the Russian Federation. A comparative analysis with the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union is carried out. The main problems constraining the influx of qualified personnel are systematized. A mechanism aimed at improving personnel support in the hospitality industry in order to ensure the implementation of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality Industry" has been formed.
