Abstract

Objective:This study investigated the impact of educational service quality of bakery on major satisfaction and career preparation behavior. Methods:This study conducted a survey by using an online questionnaire from June 1st to June 20, 2024, with a total sample of 296. Then, this study used SPSS statistical program to conduct an empirical analysis. Results:The analysis results are as follows: First, educational service quality significantly influenced major satisfaction. Second, major satisfaction had a significant effect on career preparation behavior. Third, among the factors of educational service quality, only educational environment, instructor quality, and lecture program, except education service itself, were found to have a significant impact on career preparation behavior. Implications:Based on these results, this study suggested detailed strategic measures to improve the educational service quality of bakery
