The Reality and Methodology of "Vision Management" in Area Based Management of Major Urban Centers

Abstract

近年、将来像を策定し、戦略的にエリアマネジメントを推進する機運が高まりつつあるが、戦略的にエリアマネジメントを実践することを模索している。そこで本研究では、エリアビジョン実現に向けて、効果的な体制構築、戦略的な計画作成及び具体的な事業展 開を巧みに組み合わせて実施し、これらの統合的なアプ ローチがエリアビジョン実現に寄与すると仮説を立て、その実態を明らかにすることを目的とした。その結果、複数のエリアマネジメント団体による事業の展開や将来像実現に向けた仕組みが明らかになった。
