Abstract

The article presents data from an experimental study of the influence of the correct organization of personal life strategies on biopsychological age and attitudes towards pension reform. The experiment is aerobatic, it was carried out in North Ossetia - a region that is traditionally distinguished by the presence of a large number of centenarians. The following methods are used: diagnostics of biopsychological age, measurement of expected retirement age, questionnaire of resource areas, methods of experimental influence in the form of issuing recommendations and monitoring the process of their implementation, methods of mathematical statistics. An experimental design of discrete time series is used. The experiment was carried out during 2019-2021. Subjects: adults aged 35-70, living in North Ossetia, who gave informed consent to participate in longitude. It is shown that the resource areas of the individual - optimism, kindness, care, purposefulness, activity, desire for achievement, - selected in accordance with the individual typological characteristics of the individual, affect the biological and psychological age. A decrease in the number of communications, a decrease in the level of kindness and care in relation to people, passivity, a lack of desire for achievement contribute to the acceleration of biopsychological aging.
