The dimensions of job performance that were considered in the present study are: work capacity; which refers to the ability to carry out an activity or fulfill the functions assigned in a specific job position, in addition, it includes the aptitudes, capacities and abilities for adequate performance that leads to the achievement of the objectives of the area occupied; the ability to perform functions without any inconvenience and making optimal use of all organizational resources and; work efficiency. In global terms, it is the ability of an organization to satisfy the needs of the environment or the market. The qualitative and quantitative approach was applied to all the variables involved, which served to classify the dimensions. The dimension is established by applying the points-per-factor method, which was required to measure and value the different positions according to the degree of responsibility, which ultimately represents the degree of dimension. The interval methods are applied to this factor to define the salary of each of the collaborators.
